Our team provides consultations and juridical support in cases, related to the commercial insolvency.
We defend our clients` interests in opening an insolvency procedure, in preparation and filing applications for the initiation of insolvency procedure, in defending during litigation of an insolvent company, in representation of creditors in the insolvency procedure, in negotiations among creditors within an insolvent company, in advising directors regarding their obligations related to an insolvent company and represent them throughout the stages of the procedure.
We have also gained valuable experience in companies’ liquidation providing legal advice and representing our clients before the National Social Security Institute, the tax authorities and other competent institutions with regard to the distribution of the assets of the company in liquidation to the creditors and the issuance of various certificates to be presented to the commercial register upon cancellation of the company.
